THE LAWS OF HIGHER AWARENESS

Outline
         The laws of higher awareness explain the spiritual realities of life. Your spiritual development is enhanced when you know these laws and work in conformity with them. To work against them means to pull oneself down into the regions of darkness, and eventually into the hell fire. The laws are:
  1. The Law of Polarity (Duality)
  2. The Law of Balance
  3. The Law of Karma
  4. The Law of Cycle (The Law Of Reincarnation)
  5. The Law of Responsibility
  6. The Law of Discrimination
  7. The Law of Affirmation
  8. The Law of Prayer
  9. The Law of Meditation
  10. The Law of Challenge

The Law Of Polarity (The Law Of Duality)
         This law divides all things into two opposites: the good and bad, the male and female, the positive and negative, the constructive and destructive, the dynamic and static. Also, there is the poor and rich, the tyrant and victim, the victor and looser, etc..
         If two objects of opposite natures merge together, they neutralize each other. That means that each loses its own potency, the power of effectiveness. This is why adultery or fornication is not allowed. It also explains why indiscriminate marriage is not allowed by the sacred text and holy books.
         It is because of this law that all religions (especially Buddhism) teach moderation in all activities. If you overdo one thing on the positive side, you equally have to balance it by overdoing the same thing on the negative side. Avoid extremes, in all things.

The Law Of Karma
         The law of karma ensures that everybody reaps whatever he sows. Jesus said it clearly several times:
         “Whatever a man sows, that he reaps.”
         “The measure you give will be the measure you get.”
         Then said Jesus unto him, "Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.”
         Many examples of the implementation of this law are recorded in the Bible:
         • The case of Naboth and Ahab;
         • The case of David and Urriah;
         • The case of Elijah and John the Baptist.

         Those who complain of receiving immediate punishment for their wrong doing are those (highly evolved) souls who are no longer allowed to accumulate more karma. All because they will not be allowed to reincarnate again.

The Law Of Cycle (The Law Of Reincarnation)
         The law of cycle demands repetition for progress. Hence, there is water cycle, nitrogen cycle, nutrient cycle etc. Also, the seasons, days, months, years, and events keep on repeating. People who are engaged in one employment, business or another, keep on repeating their activities at their various places of work. Likewise, day and night repeat, due to the revolution and rotation of the earth. The motions of automobiles are possible by the repetition of the engine strokes.
         Human beings reincarnate. One life time is not enough to gain all needed experiences and mastery in order to attain and manifest our Godliness. Hence, John the Baptist was Elijah, Mary was Sarah, etc. Just as George Washington was General Douglass Macarthur. Out of series of research, the Americans have proved the sequences and swapping of their leaders in subsequent life times (the reincarnations of their leaders).
         It is unfortunate that many churches in the world deny these facts. Thereby, they prove that they are spiritually blind (ignorant), and cannot lead people to salvation. "By Their Fruits you shall know them," and by their works you shall confirm them.
         Truth is no respecter of persons or authorities. While many religious leaders continue to deny reincarnation, it is a thing of gratitude to God that today university Doctors and Professors have proved reincarnation true.

The Law Of Responsibility
         God gave man free will and free choice, and also personal responsibility. You are responsible for your destiny, ups and downs in life. And it is only you who has the authority to approve or disapprove. The power of sovereignty is even such that Satan cannot interfere with it. That is why according to Quran, on the last day, many would claim that it was Satan who deceived them. But Satan would reply God saying, “They deceived themselves”.
         Because of this law of responsibility, you are held accountable for every duty assigned to you. Your commitment and success means spiritual progress, and carelessness portends downfall. Many youths neglect this law which is active and universal. They prefer idleness, carelessness and non-commitment. They do so to their own detriment, even without knowing it.

The Law Of Discrimination
         The more a person evolves, the more he is able to discern and discriminate. Ignorant church leaders desire large membership, but the spiritually awake leaders prefer a few loyal disciples. It is everybody’s responsibility to discern and confirm, always.

The Law Of Affirmation
         This law ensures that we succeed when we affirm something in thought, word or action. That is why people repeat the word of blessings and victories found in the Bible. They are happy to shout, "Amen!" even several times. And they claim their blessings in "Jesus' name. Amen."

The Law Of Prayer
         The law of prayer is a law of demand and supply, which ensures that we get whatever we ask for.
         “Ask and it shall be given to you.”
         The real problem that people have is that they do not ask for spiritual knowledge, wisdom and revelation as God demands in the book of Jeremiah.

Thus saith the LORD the maker thereof, the LORD that formed it, to establish it; the LORD is his name; Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not. Jeremiah 33:3

         Unfortunately, people are being misled by their complacency (false satisfaction) and everyday normalcy. Many are spiritually stagnant, without knowing it.

The Law Of Meditation
         The law of meditation ensures our spiritual development and progress when we disconnect from the everyday stress of the confusing world.

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30

Benefits of meditation include:
  1. Knowledge of our environment and nature.
  2. Transcendental knowledge, by which we are able to know about the spiritual aspect of life.
  3. We are thereby enabled to see far and deep (to have foresight and insight).
  4. The spirit self takes precedence and dominance over the physical body, which can do little or nothing on its own.
  5. By meditation, the spirit self can leave the physical body and travel far and wide. We are not limited to our immediate environment.
  6. We experience whatever we meditate on. That is a law of life. Therefore, when we meditate on God, we experience God and become Godly.
  7. By experiencing God, we know God; by knowing God, we become like God, and by becoming like God, we become one with God.

The Law Of Challenge
         It is your right to ask questions. You should ask for explanation or relief when you are challenged. You are challenged when you do not understand, when and where you are in doubt, when you feel threatened, etc. Do not be a silent victim, always accepting what you do not like. You have the right to investigate.

Truly, I say to you that it is the Father’s will that you know and understand these laws very well, and then remain steadfast in applying them in all righteousness.

         God does not delight in blind faith.
         But what is faith? Faith is the knowledge of the Truth, and abiding in the Truth.
